Location is perfect Veranda overlooks the river which is great Short walk to town as well Good amount of space Clothesline & washing machine available

Cutlery & plates etc was dirty Mattress has mould spots Underneath furniture like beds etc was dusty & there was a dead cockroach under one of the bunks Didn’t give extra bin bags Hate that linen wasn’t included & you’d have to pay extra to hire it, that doesn’t happen at many places

The location and the closeness to our friends camping and the water all within walking distance.

When we arrived the cutlery and plates were filthy !We washed everything and then it was fine but interesting to read the checklist on departure 🤔

Location was great. Good view of the creek. Everything we needed was in the property. Close to shops and restaurants. Friends stayed in the caravan park next door.

Bit outdated and some repairs need doing, but price obviously reflects this.

Conveniently close the beach for leisure activities like surfing and swimming, Beach relaxing and sunrise walks. Nice spacious kitchen for meal prep.

No towels / bath mats or cleaning supplies, hand soaps for toilet use, or cleaning sprays / cloths dish soap ect were provided yet there was an expectation to keep the place tidy after leaving. Having a shower was a wet mess as there was no bath mat provided. Most holiday stay accommodation includes basics like toilet hand soap and towels and cleaning wipes / sprays. I ended having to spend $30 on cleaning supplies from the local shop to keep the place tidy for my own comfort. Even not providing bed linen is unusual. Most short term accommodation provides bed sheets and pillows covers. Both heaters were broken.
