Perhaps calling it a Penthouse is a bit if a,stretch, but very comfortable and convenient.

the only negative was I wish I’d booked direct with the real estate and not through Booking.com and getting slugged with extra hidden booking fees

Great location
The oven did not work and the lounge furniture and outside furniture is very old and run down.
