Location is amazing, cleanliness of the property, linen provided
Upgrade the lounge and its old and leather is peeling, toilet fan did not work and the toilet roll holder was broken off the wall, the light in the kitchen had blown so had no light. I would put 2 single bunk beds in the 2nd room instead of a double bunk bed to make the space more functional.

The unit is in a perfect location for a getaway to Crescent Head. On the water and close to everything. The unit is old but cute and comfortable. We like it. Elders real estate were fantastic at keeping us informed and changing dates due to the flooded road.
The facilities. There was no soap for the bathroom and no washing up utensils in the kitchen.

Apartment was infested with termites. Real Estate provided excellent customer service by moving us to another property.
Even without the termites infestation, this apartment is very dated, damp and worn out compared to the other renovated apartments in this block.
