Bella Vista, 9 East Street

The house was in close proximity to everything and very reasonably priced making it affordable to our young family, which in turn made giving our child their first holiday a possibility. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the house has stunning views. We’ll be back again next year!

Some of the electrical in the property was faulty - light switches often didn’t work for a period of time and would then turn on again. There’s also a leak coming from the premises storm water drain.

Great location, views, and easy walk to shops and the beach. Enjoyed the spacious main room and outdoor deck.

Remember to bring your own sheets and towels. Lawns were mowed and plumber arrived to do work unannounced.

We love this house, it’s so central and we are regulars to Bella Vista.

The price continues to go up, yet the state of the home never changes. There are nails protruding from the deck, the television is so outdated that its difficult to watch (and the remotes don’t work), the washing machine requires 2 books to prop it upright to spin yet spits rust into the clothes. There are many little things that should be done to the property to ensure comfort while on holidays that doesn’t involve bringing your whole house with you. Bella Vista is no longer delivering value for money. Hopefully when we return we will see some improvements on behalf of Lifestyles.
