Location is great, in a more quiet corner and still close to key places, decor is beautiful and the place is spotless clean.
Staff are extremely nice and helpful. I had booked a room for my parents and by mistake added another night at the day they had to leave. Staff ensured me that the amount will be refunded but all my communication with the hotel on this has been without answer from their management.

Logement en plein cœur de Carthagène, climatisé ce qui permettait en journée de petites pauses salutaires sous la chaleur ! Ravissante terrasse.
Le samedi soir, les voisins ont fait une grande fête jusque tard dans la nuit avec baignade à 4h du matin dans leur piscine de ville mais c'était le soir du festival annuel de Carthagene et toute la ville était très animée donc peut-être était-ce exceptionnel?

La ubicación perfecta. María Margarita, la dueña, muy atenta y servicial pero sin arreglar los inconvenientes que surgieron en la estancia.
Al llegar nos dijeron que no podíamos pagar con VISA. Hubo que sacar dinero en efectivo de un cajero y la comisión que nos cobraron fue de casi 100 €. Por otro lado la casa apenas tiene presión de agua por lo que ducharse es una odisea con el hilo de agua que caía.
