About this house rental
Your apartments, with a surface area of 110 m2 with all the comfort, housed in an Abbey founded in the 12th century, benefit from a large garden in the middle of a 1 ha park.
The Abbey is located in the heart of a lively village all year round, at the foot of the Church where classical music concerts are given regularly.
In summer, the market is held twice a week at the door of your accommodation.
Restaurants in the center of the town welcome you all year round as well as all the shops and services for a pleasant stay.
In La Tranche sur mer, the Super U offers a Drive, which is handy when you arrive to collect your groceries.
Your apartments, which can accommodate up to six people, include two bedrooms upstairs, a large bathroom, a separate toilet, a large living room with an American kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed and a dining room. ground floor with a terrace overlooking a garden with garden furniture and outdoor activities (swing for young children, ping pong table, badmington, bikes (children and adults).
An outdoor jacuzzi is available on free reservation for two hours.

We spent marvelous days at the abbey, quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful garden and great terrace. The flat is spacious, charming and well equipped. Beaches are close, and good not to be in the touristic side. Jean Philippe and Helene were great hosts, contact and communication easy.

This was our second visit and as before we were enchanted by the setting. The house and garden are relaxing, and the fine coast is nearby by car or bike. O’Gliss water park is great fun and Lac du Jaunay, a little further away, provides relxing cointryside walking.

The cottage and gardens are lovely:you can relax in the quiet garden. The unexpected thing we enjoyed was the church bells, which were not overpowering.Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Being on the older side we did encounter some difficulty with the steps and stairs within the cottage and in the garden.Beaches etc were only a short drive away

Owners were on site and super helpful and friendly.
Fabulous house with own private entrance and garden area. Clean and well appointed and very roomy.
Perfect location in the heart of the village. Lots to do nearby-our son loved the water sports on the coast especially.
The best place we have stayed in France.
