RENTED Beautiful Villa surrounded by trees, completely redone WITH POOL IN PYLA, NEAR ARCACHON, in a quiet residential area. Large sunny terrace sheltered from the wind with outdoor kitchen with barbecue. large outdoor teak table
The villa has five bedrooms plus a small TV lounge:
* 1 parental room with bed of 160 with its bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a spa bath, double sinks and toilet.
* 1 bedroom with a bed of 160
* 1 bedroom with a bed of 140 (plus a sink)
* 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 90 + 90
* 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 90 + 90 (plus a sink and shower.
In total there are 3 full bath, 5 showers, 4 toilets.
Fully equipped kitchen. American fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer ...
also outdoor kitchen with many cupboards, sink, fridge, barbecue / plancha.

The house is even better than the pictures shows. Fantastic outdoor area and a cosy and large kitchen and living room. The area of Archachon is strongly recommended, a lot to discover and clean and lovely beaches for a lazy day. Quick and easy response from the owner. We loved our week here.

Une grande villa au calme avec une cuisine d'été au bord de la piscine (avec plancha et réfrigérateur)
décoration raffinée et nombreuses salle de bains.
tout est aménagé pour des vacances très confortables, il y a même un terrain de pétanque.
nous avons loué l'été dernier et repartons cette année !!
