If your trip intention is to see the old city of Asilah and the old style houses and allies then location is very good It is 3 story apartment with 3 big bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms so it can easily accommodate 4 to 6 Kitchen is equipped with necessary appliances like fridge. Microwave, electrical stove and coffee maker they left us green tea leaves, dry mint, sugar, salt, pepper olive oil and coffee powder and lots of plates cups, casseroles and pans Wifi was strong Rooftop adds spectacular scene to the ocean and a place to relax and chill in afternoon with couches, tables and chairs There were plenty of boardgames so we enjoyed playing and spending time in the third floor which has a small living room and sauna ( we didn't use the sauna) as the weather was humid and hot enough Checking in and out was so easy Availability of hot strong water in all bathrooms all day long They supply plenty of towels and bathrooms for every one

The smell in bathrooms were bad There wasn't any Ac unit in any of the rooms only 2 stand fans which was so hot during summer Getting in to the apartment from main road needs walking for around 5 to 10 minutes if you have an elderly person that can be challenging also if your luggage is heavy No direct access to beach
