A really peaceful and relaxing resort, with great facilities. The kids also really enjoyed it, with a great beach, pool and waterslides.

It’s hard to say anything bad as we really enjoyed our stay.

The resort was amazing and perfect for our small family. Mini waterpark was great for the 5&3 year old. The outdoor pool layout was great and the shallow sections were brilliant for our 1 year old twins. There was a good selection of food from the restaurant and we enjoyed takeaway pizza and sitting in for a breakfast.

We had 1 year old twins and requested cots as booking stated we could request 2 cots for this location so it aided us picking this hotel. We arrived to check in at 17:30 and when I took the family to the room, we realised there was no Cot in the apartment, when I went back to reception it was already closed so I spoke to the security guard as directed by the lovely receptionist on check in, and the guard said that they can’t help and his friend in reception could help but I stated they had already closed l, so he said they’ll be back in the morning. Stray dogs around the resort jumped up at the children, they were very friendly dogs and wanted to play but it was uncomfortable for the children.

The property had 3 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. It came with a parking space too which was helpful. The facilities on site was good. The indoor pool was clean and warm. The parks and play areas for the children were well designed. The on site restaurant was delicious!

The property itself was tired and rundown. It needed a lick of paint. The stairs to the hot tub did not seem safe and the hot tub was not ready to use which was disappointing. There were lightbulbs not working and plugs that did not work which was frustrating. The property was on the top floor and the railings did not seem particularly family friendly.
