Dissapointing

Location Good size fridge Nice pool and lovely staff at Marina Uno Hotel Reserved Parking space View Swans

Absolutely NO shade so impossible to eat outside on the deck. I am sure there must be a way for this to be resolved as the deck was what attracted us to this property in the first place! No mosquito nets and we were eaten alive for the entire stay, even with spray. Passing boats not respecting speed or distance limit producing big wakes that made it impossible to eat on the deck due to the movement and everything tipping over. You also felt like you were constantly stared at by multiple close-passing boats, not private. Very small accomodation - ok for maximum 2 nights, max 3 people. Not suitable for small kids. Yapping dog and late night fishing group in adjacent accomodation for entire stay. Shrieking, drunk teenagers swimming outside one of accomodations at 5:45am. Boom, boom base noise from nearby campsite music until late. Dirty pans and cupboards on arrival. No change of towels, sheets, toilet rolls, cleaning or rubbish removal for five days. Smell of sewage behind accomodation. No outside table or sun lounger cushions. No broom. Air-conditioning in the living room only so you could not keep bedroom doors closed. One hanger per person. One very flat pillow per person. Absolutely no welcome water/wine/information on local attractions or restaurants provided on arrival. You have no choice but to collect keys from a hotel that is not within walking distance of the floating resort. No offer from hotel to take you to the accommodation so you need a car. Not worth the price. Wish we had booked into the hotel Marina Uno instead.

we liked the floating house boats and would recommend them 😎

absolutely great location directly at the river, good mix of quiet (mornings and evenings) and activities (pool nearby, marina, restaurants close). Staff at Hotel President (where you pick up the keys and check in/out) was fabulous! We enjoyed our stay and would book again! See below some suggestions to receive a 10 next time :-)

Here a few suggestions for improvements: - put more cutlery and plates (4 pieces each is not enough for 3 people) - kitchen towels and stuff to clean dishes should be part of the package - put Nespresso coffee machines there (more important than a microwave) - consider reconstructing the terraces that they are not jumping like crazy as soon as a boat comes by (which happens often), because they can‘t be used for breakfast or any kind of meal, which is a pity) - definitely put sun umbrellas on the terrace for everyone, it‘s impossible to use between 9am and 9pm - towel change would be awesome automatically and without charge (it‘s a usual hotel service) - shower gel dispensers in the shower and a place to put shower gel (corner shelf) - more options to hang towels than 2 hooks in the bathroom - allow floating guests to use Marina Uno Resort sun beds as the ones from Hotel President are too far away

Not enough kitchen equipment. If you really want to enjoy cooking and relaxation, you definitely need to bring knifes, glasses, pan…etc.

Very good

We spent two nights in this floating house. The hous is a bit small, but this is OK for two nights. The terrace is excellent with a very nice view. Overall, this was a very interesting experience.

The kitchen could have been better equipped (especially with cleaning tools).

For that money, I would expect more luxury.

Calm. Clean in the houseboat.

For that money, I would expect better kitchen equipment. Detergents were missing. Boats go around the houseboat to the harbor and some boats go fast - so you feel like you're on a swing. When everything swings, you hear a creaking pier - it quite disturbs you during sleep. I would also expect a parasol on the pier - the sun shines there all day and there is no parasol and table and chairs for outdoor seating.

For a self service apartment if this class it would have been nice to find a bit more kitchen equipment already provided; like sth to clean dishes, a toaster and sth to make coffee - i don’t like drinking instant coffee especially in Italy 😉

Nachází se v přístavu pro lodě - jsou tam čerpací stanice, samoobslužní myčky pro lodě a servis. Daleko od centru Lignano…
