La posizione, la piscina
L'appartamento meriterebbe una rinfrescata, soprattutto il bagno; la cucina molto piccola.. il wi-fi scadente

Perfect location, 3 minutes from seaside. Lovely swimming pool. Nice beech for kids.
On arrival we had issues to find the allocated parking space, parking lots numbers not visible.
What was surprising that Airconditioning cost was not included in price and that we had to bring all bed sheets.
On beach you cannot open your own Umbrella and beach chair, this was quite strange, but I assume it local policy for you to rent double chair with umbrella for 48 Euros per day! Bussines is Bussines after all....

I liked the new furnishings (bunk bed and furniture) in the children's room and the new mattress in the bedroom. The renovated bathroom was also nice.
I didn’t like the missing kitchen equipment (cutting board, number of glasses, lack of bowls /for children's breakfast/), and also the broken beach equipment in the front garden (sun lounger, plastic chair, and parasol).

Essere vicino al mare molto comodo
Prezzo accettabile
In tutti i posti che sono stato di Lignano l'aria condizionata era compresa e non a pagamento.
Piscina con problemi di manutenzione evidenti e rischi per i bambini di tagliarsi, nessuna segnalazione di gradino profondità e per chi non sa nuotare bene si trova in difficoltà.
Posto auto viene rubato perché all'ombra.... accettabile ma non troppo.
