Great facilities in a really nice place.

Excellent location and facilities, and a quieter part of the platja. The staff at the apartment offices are always very friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed for part of my short stay which was very inconvenient as I prefer to use the pool than go to the beach.

Not worth the money

The view is great and the appartment is spacious. Kind host!

Despite relatively new furniture, the appartment is outdated and definitely not worth 300€ p/n. Pictures look like you have a luxurious experience, but it’s quite the opposite. In contrast to the accommodation we stayed in before, basic stuff (pepper, salt, detergent) was missing. Quite a noisy building occupied by elderly people. Mind that we didnt like Gandia at all. The place is still stuck in the ‘80s and lacking good restaurants, and despite a nice beach simply not a nice place to be at.

Excellent, modern apartment with amazing beach views.

Very modern apartment with amazing views of the beach. Spotlessly clean, open plan living accommodation with a lovely balcony which is a great spot to watch the sunrise from. Kitchen was well stocked with all equipment needed including Nespresso Machine, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine.

Communal areas a bit tired, unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. Would be great if there was some information and recommendations about the local area and instructions for the equipment in the property.

A very pleasant stay

The view from the apartment was superb, and the beach was directly below, with a nice walk along the dunes away from the town with views of mountains and sea

The only small issue was that the TV did not work and was not fixed and the wifi had a slight intermittent problem although in general was good with a strong signal.

Perfect place for a stay with family. Fantastic localization, first row from the beach, perfect view from saloon! Kitchen very well equiped. Two tennis corts, paddle cort available in the complex. I trully recomend for a stay with children. Amazing sun-rise experience in the morning :)

Moderne Wohnung, super Blick, super Service. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der offene Wohnzimmer-Küchen-Bereich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Espressomaschine und ein riesiger Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Gegessen haben wir auf dem Küchenblock oder auf dem großen Balkon mit Morgensonne. Die Wohnung ist in der zweiten Reihe, trotzdem ist der Blick auf den Strand und das Meer vom achten Stockwerk aus super, weil es vor dem Gebäude keine anderen Hochhäuser gibt. Zum Strand sind es fünf Minuten, ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt (Spar) ist in zu Fuß in fünf bis zehn Minuten erreichbar. Der Pool im Gemeinschaftsgarten ist groß und sah sehr schön aus. Geschwommen sind wir nicht, dafür war es Ende Februar noch zu kalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den guten Service. Eine der Jalousien der großen Glastür Richtung Meer ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen. Obwohl Sonntag war, kam innerhalb von einer Stunde ein Handwerker, der die Jalousie in Ordnung gebracht hat. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Der Wind heult. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber wenn jemand lärmempfindlich ist, könnte es stören. Es liegt nicht daran, dass der Wind so stark bläst, sondern an der Bauweise des Gebäudes.
