Excellent location and facilities, and a quieter part of the platja. The staff at the apartment offices are always very friendly and helpful.
The pool was closed for part of my short stay which was very inconvenient as I prefer to use the pool than go to the beach.

The view is great and the appartment is spacious. Kind host!
Despite relatively new furniture, the appartment is outdated and definitely not worth 300€ p/n. Pictures look like you have a luxurious experience, but it’s quite the opposite. In contrast to the accommodation we stayed in before, basic stuff (pepper, salt, detergent) was missing. Quite a noisy building occupied by elderly people. Mind that we didnt like Gandia at all. The place is still stuck in the ‘80s and lacking good restaurants, and despite a nice beach simply not a nice place to be at.
