Close to the beach, lovely swimming pool, great balcony with 2 foldable chairs and a beach umbrella Apartment is great with everything provided for.

Nothing really, the car park spot provided is not easy to use, but there is plenty of spaces on the street

really clean and really good value for money. excellent location to the beach and access to pool. 33 travelled with two young kids. it was great to be able to get assistance from the apartments office to book taxis etc too

the windows opened really wide with no form of mesh or child locks and we were 7 floors up, which was a bit unnerving with our daughters - though it seems fairly standard out there.

The terrace is great and has sunshine throughout most of the day. Beach is literally 100m from the apartment. It is a very clean & cosy apartment with nice lights and good wifi. Bathrooms are ok. Parking space below is very convenient. It was great that I could arrive and the keys were ready in a padlock. Staff generally friendly (though I only saw them once when returning the keys). All in all a very nice place to stay in Gandia, I recommend it. I'd give it 8.5 but you cant do that on booking, so I went with a 9 mostly because of location, terrace and living.

Only some small things which were not great: - the beds are not very comfy, too hard for my taste - there was literally nothing in the kitchen, not even oil or salt. Amenities are good though. - you have to leave punctually at 10am. At 10.01 the housekeeper rang to my door and was clearly annoyed she had to wait for 5 minutes. I understand they need to clean for next guests, but after a full week stay this is a bit over the top in my opinion. Was also a slightly unfriendly touch towards the end. - the TV is a bit "blueish". I tried all settings but this didnt change. Totally minor though.
