Small but cozy apartments, the kids enjoyed the pool, the owner let us to do our laundry in their own machine. Great place for families.
The shared area is not very comfortable for sitting- the bench is very uncomfortable, and there is no running water in the kitchen area.
Also, it would be nice to have more kitchen supplies in the room.

The hosts were exceptional — they speak both English and Russian, and communication was always clear and helpful. We really appreciated how quiet and secluded the location was, which allowed us to relax and enjoy peaceful walks by the lake into town. It’s only about a 20-minute walk to the main park and health resorts. The room houses are simple but comfortable and fully equipped. The hosts also gave us great local tips on the best places to visit and where to find the best bread!
Honestly, nothing major to mention. Just keep in mind the property is a bit away from the city center — which was a plus for us, but may not suit everyone.

Besonders hervorzuheben war die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit der Inhaber. Sie haben alle Mängel stets schnell beseitigt und haben sich um mein Wohl und stete Wärme in der Unterkunft gekümmert und mir eine zusätzliche mobile Heizung im Badezimmer hingestellt. Dafür einen herzlichen Dank- gerade mitten im Winter!
- der Boden der Duschkabine war nicht dicht und es bildete immer eine große Pfütze im ganzen Badezimmer
- die Tür hatte eine ziemlich dolle Schieflage und die Türspalte war oben und seitlich z
- die Gartenküche ist zwar modern, aber der Gasherd ist seitlich gar nicht windgeschützt, was das Kochen zur Qual machte
- die kleinen Holzhäuser sind an einander in einer Reihe gebaucht und überhaupt nicht Lärm und Kälte isoliert
