Nice location, great pool, functionality to be improved

The pool is great, the location is very nice, with a fountain, patio, terrace, practical parking, all amenities on the apartment. Feels italian.

The second shower on the ground floor, it is not well equipped, the whole bathroom gets wet. Design is on the apartment, but functionality could be improved.

Super apparemment spacieux avec terrasse au calme à 15 min de Sirmione et de Gardaland. La piscine est un vrai plus après des journées de balade ensoleillées.

100%Design... 100% soddisfatti!

Appartamento bilivello molto curato nei dettagli, pulito, accogliente e molto spazioso con la possibilità di poter mangiare nell'amplissima terrazza coperta anche durante la pioggia estiva. La posizione appena fuori dal borgo di Vaccarolo quasi in piena campagna consente di stare fuori dai rumori del traffico e della città, ottimo per chi cerca pace e relax. Tra le parti comuni il top è rappresentato dalla piscina veramente grande che viene mantenuta con cura così come il giardino e le parti comuni. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile rispondendo ed accontentando alcune richieste fatte in tempi brevissimi. Consigliatissimo!

Piccolo consiglio per il propritario: magari mettere a disposizione degli ospiti varie tipologie di cuscini tra cui poter scegliere facendoli trovare già in appartamento al loro arrivo.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, und die Aussicht ist sehr gut!

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich für 5–6 Personen geeignet, aber leider mit mehreren Mängeln behaftet. Die ausziehbare Couch war defekt, die Sauberkeit in Zimmern und Bädern unzureichend (Haare, Spinnennetze, Schimmel). In der Küche funktionierte der Dunstabzug nicht, die Klimaanlage im EG war nicht nutzbar, da die Fernbedienung vom Vermieter zurückgehalten wurde. Die Fernbedienung zur Tiefgarage erhielten wir erst am letzten Tag, was unnötige Umwege bedeutete. Der Pool ist schön, jedoch wurden wir von einheimischen Bewohnern der Anlage aktiv verdrängt – teils mit Drohungen. Insgesamt kein entspannter Aufenthalt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft unter den aktuellen Bedingungen nicht weiterempfehlen.

Appartamento confortevole con camere pulite e spaziose, situato in una zona tranquilla di Desenzano. Il proprietario è molto accogliente e pronto a fornire tutto il necessario per un soggiorno fantastico.

Een ligbedje op het balkon is te weinig. Het balkon moet je delen met de buren en er is geen tussenwand dus geen privacy Het zwembad was dicht terwijl het volgens de advertentie per 1 mei open zou zijn. De stroom viel regelmatig uit omdat de groepen te licht zijn. Een sleutel met een kaart er aan voor de elektriciteit is heel erg onhandig De badkamer beneden is niet handig zonder douchewand, als je je daar wil douchen is het toilet en alles er om heen ook nat, dus die douche hebben wij niet gebruikt

Nel contesto siamo stati molto bene. Il consiglio è di controllare la pressione dell’acqua nella doccia di sopra in quanto abbiamo faticato a docciarci proprio perché scendevano poche gocce di acqua.
