About this house rental
On the quiet side of the lake 50 MM.
Water ski, fish and boat in a calm environment.
Have questions google SUP-LOTO and Phone.
Very large private dock with small slip fee for your boat or park on the side for free. Boat ramp nearby. Shaded deck in the afternoon to enjoy a cool drink and watch the dock and lake activity. This is an east-facing house which provides sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon.
Run across the lake to Red Fox for dinner or 2 miles away to Big Dicks or BoonDockz.
Paddle boards Kayaks, and pedal boat provided.
We have all the toys. Lilly pad free to weekly rentals or $50 for complete stay.
House provides all new appliances, high-speed internet 100mb, TVs, central AC, large deck off master bedroom and the living room. New bathroom with 4X6 walk-in shower and complete remodel of basement.

Enjoyed this home and the dock, and the owner was nice, but had some issues. Almost all could be remedied with some effort by the owner to make this house a 10. Directions to get there were confusing. All you need to know is not to turn off of highway7 onto highway Z, but continue on 7 until you hit Bollenger Creek Road and turn there. Otherwise you’re on a terrible gravel road. While the house was mostly clean, one of the bathroom’s floor was filthy, the ceiling fans were full of dust, and the air vents very dirty. No dish soap or laundry detergent (host brought over the former). Liquid hand “soaps” were mostly water. A good cleaning service could remedy all of this. For those with mobility issues, note that while there are only three steps from the house to the water, that’s after you climb down narrow steep stairs with only a partial railing to the lower level to or walk down a steep ramp outside. Also the kayaks must be carried quite a ways down from the house to be used, and you’ll need to bring your own life jackets. Finally, note that one of the bedrooms is a loft open to the main floor. This house is spacious and the location is great. Just needs some TLC.

Spent 6 wonderful days at this tremendous house on a quiet cove at about Mile 50 on Lake of the Ozarks. It is just as advertized. Great beds, plenty of room, great hosts, two paddleboards and a large lillypad to use. It was just fantastic. Hope we get to come stay there again before too long.

We had a great time on lake. Dissatisfied with house. Advertised the house had WiFi which we needed to have as family member needed to be able to download heart monitor daily but never could connect to. Definitely not a 5 bedroom unless you consider a broke down 1970’s pullout couch as a bedroom.
