Haus und Lage gut, Service des Dancenter schlecht

Das Haus hatte eine super Lage und war gut ausgestattet. Ich bin sehr froh, dass uns das Holiday Home Resort schnell und unkompliziert geholfen hat, noch ein passendes Haus zu bekommen.

Ich werde nie wieder über das Dancenter buchen und kann es auch sonst niemandem empfehlen. Wer dort ein Haus buchen möchte, sollte dies über das Resort selbst vornehmen. Ich habe über Booking ein Haus dort gebucht und 2 Tage vorher einfach einen neuen Mietsausweis für ein völlig anderes(wesentlich kleineres Haus) erhalten. Ohne Absprache, ohne Vorwarnung. Niemand beim Dancenter erreichbar und das Resort sagte zunächst, dass es nicht helfen kann. Nachdem ich mehrfach beteuerte,dass ich ein Haus für bis zu 8 und nicht für bis zu 6 Personen gebucht hatte, half man mir weiter und organisierte uns kurzfristig ein Haus mit genügend Schlafzimmern. Über Booking habe ich ebenfalls die Nachricht erhalten, dass Hunde kostenlos mit dürfen, vor Ort musste ich dann 30€ pro Hund zahlen. Weiterhin erhielt ich eine Mail, dass ich alles weitere(Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Kurtaxe) vor Ort bezahle, erhielt dann aber vom Resort die Benachrichtigung, es sei "5 vor 12", ich müsste vor allem die Kurtaxe schon vorher überweisen, damit ich die Kurkarten online erhalten kann. Zum krönenden Abschluss wird der Strand in unter einem Kilometer angepriesen, auch ganz groß unter "Urlaub mit Hund". Was zunächst bei Booking nicht ersichtlich war: An diesen Strand darf der Hund nur von Oktober bis März... danach zahlt man die Kurtaxe für nichts und wieder nichts. Zum Hundestrand im Ort muss man dann knapp 10 min mit dem Auto fahren. Somit abschließend: Lieber direkt übers Resort buchen und sich einiges an Ärger ersparen.
