Die Lage und gute Größe der Zimmer. Betten komfortabel und nicht durchgelegen.
Diverse Beschädigungen an Fußböden, Wänden, Möbeln und Einrichtungsgegenständen. Keine Kissen auf der Couch oder Auflagen für die Balkonstühle. Viel zu wenig Teller, kleine Schalen und Besteck. Spüler lief fast täglich! In den Schlafräumen keine Möglichkeit seine Sachen aufzuhängen. Sehr schwere Haustür die sofort mit lautem Knall wieder ins Schloss schlägt. Kein zweiter Schlüssel für die Wohnung

Die Lage direkt an der Promenade und das Personal waren sehr freundlich.
Leider hatten wir etwas Pech während unseres Aufenthalts. Zunächst funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Aufgrund des Wochenendes kam leider erst nach drei Tagen jemand, um ihn zu reparieren. Außerdem war die Klingel defekt – unten konnte niemand klingeln, sodass oben der Türsummer betätigt werden konnte. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern und nur einem Schlüssel war das sehr unpraktisch. Zudem fanden wir die Ausstattung der Küche recht dürftig: Es gab nur wenig Geschirr und nicht einmal eine Bratpfanne war vorhanden.

Lage war sehr gut.. Die Größe ist sehr gut.. Bad war auch sehr gut ausgestattet.. Danke.
Ausstattung ging so.. Es fehlen noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Wartung der balkontür ist überfällig.. Kaffeemaschine müsste mal getauscht werden, sie kleckert beim eingissen..
