About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in Putgarten on the island of Rügen. The apartment is part of the "Kap Arkona" holiday residence in house III of the complex. The residential complex was built in 2003 and impresses with its Baltic flair with its blue wooden paneling and the well-kept outdoor area. There are a total of 26 apartments and the reception in the residence.
The balcony apartment (No. 4) with a living space of approx. 41 m² is located on the first floor of the aforementioned house No. III. It is a 2-room apartment, for an overnight stay with 4 people (sofa bed). There is a spacious hallway, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower (glass partition) and an open living room with a new kitchenette in this apartment. You have access to the north-west balcony through the spacious living / dining & cooking area. The apartment has a high quality fitted kitchen, which is complete with dishes, kettle, coffee / espresso machine. The floors in the apartment were laid with terracotta-like tiles and thus express a homely atmosphere. In addition, there is a marked parking space for the apartment for unrestricted, free parking.
In summer, the small town of Putgarten impresses with tourism. In winter this place shows the untouched nature of the beautiful island of Rügen. The center of attraction of the place is the craft market and the immediate proximity to "Kap Arkona", the northernmost point of the island of Rügen. Enjoy this untouched nature on the sandy north beach, about 1.5 km away; that is pure relaxation and idyll. The small town of Putgarten is also closed to residents. Only residents and you as a holiday guest and supply vehicles offer the exception. The "Kap Arkona" captivates with its two lighthouses and the Jaromarsburg. Culturally and historically, the northern part of the island of Rügen has a lot to offer. The apartment offers you an ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday according to your wishes.
In addition to the beautiful, relaxing landscape, a typical restaurant invites you to a cozy meal.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer perfekten Lage. Hat alles was man braucht, die Dame in der Rezeption ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat alles super geklappt mit Buchung und Zahlung. Wir kommen wieder ;))

Die Wohnung war ganz hübsch, jedoch hatte der Aufenthalt einige Punkte, die uns geärgert haben.
Man wurde von der externen Reinigungskraft mit einer sehr unfreundlichen Art eingecheckt und musste erstmal eine (m. E. nach hohe) Endreinigungsgebühr zahlen. In der Beschreibung des Inserats taucht diese Gebühr nirgends auf. Anstatt sich dafür vor Ort zu entschuldigen und diesen Umstand freundlich zu erklären, haben wir nur große Unfreundlichkeit erfahren.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war, dass es im Wohnraum der Ferienwohnung sehr unangenehm gerochen hat. Den Geruch haben wir erst nach 3 Tagen regelmäßigen Lüftens wegbekommen.
Leider funktionierte weiterhin das Internet auf dem Fernseher nicht.
Insgesamt war die Wohnung aber gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, da es sich um einen ruhigen Ort handelt, wo dennoch nette Restaurants und Cafés zu finden sind.
