Our modern, spacious and sophisticated holiday home "Sonnenkap" is located in Putgarten, not far from the Cape Arkona, has a total living area of 110 m², a 600 m² garden, offers optimal comfort for 5 guests and a toddler and is very high quality and individually equipped , From the living room with five floor-to-ceiling windows and the terrace you can enjoy the view across the fields to the lighthouses of Kap Arkona and the Kosegarten chapel of the fishing village Vitt. With our in-house sauna and the cozy, crackling fireplace, you can also relax in the cold season and relax after a hard day at the beach or hiking.

The wonderfully unspoiled north beach can be reached in 800 meters on foot or by bike on a dirt road or in 2 km by car (parking). Many say that this natural, wide and long sandy beach is the most beautiful on the island ...
The old village Putgarten is very cozy, originally and surrounded by fields and the high banks of the peninsula Wittow, in the summer a Schwalbenland - in autumn the cranes are very nice to watch! According to the German Weather Service and the local measuring station, Putgarten and Cape Arkona regularly have the most hours of sunshine in the whole of Germany with around 2,000 - all seasons are equally suitable for a holiday!
The north of Rügen is a natural paradise that can be explored on foot or by bike. Chalk cliffs, kilometers of beaches, imposing brick churches, beech forests and small harbor towns characterize the landscape. Particularly attractive are beach walks, where you can find chicken gods, thunderbolts and sometimes a bit of amber. Also worth a visit are the UNESCO World Heritage Site and Hanseatic City of Stralsund with the Ozeaneum, as well as Sellin and Binz with their spa architecture.
On Rügen several varied golf courses await you, for example the 18-hole championship course Challenge Course in the Golf-Center Schloss Karnitz, incl. Golf school or the idyllic golf course Schloss Ranzow. Also fishing is excellent: cod, sea trout, herring ... Baltic Sea fishing with boat from Vitt or Glowe. Pike from the Bodden of Wiek or Breege, also guided tours. On the peninsula Wittow there are numerous very beautiful hiking tours - from easy to demanding. On the nearby island of Hiddensee just as many varied kilometers await you on varied tours right on your doorstep - also very suitable for dogs. Explore the Wittow peninsula by bike - always in the best of air. No own bike? Our caretaker likes to rent wheels and trailers. You can store your own wheels in the lockable garden shed.
The wellness oasis in Juliusruh spoils you u. a. with regional sea buckthorn and chalk applications - especially in the cooler season a blessing. But you can also relax in our own sauna with a crackling fireplace afterwards ...
Not only hiking and cycling is possible in a variety of ways, but also sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, stand up paddling (SUP), kayaking, stunt kites, etc. are ideal for outdoor activities.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund In der letzten September Woche dort, das Wetter hat mitgespielt, unsere langen Hundespaziergänge über Wiesen an die Strände machten wir immer entgegen der Ströme von Tagesgästen, herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus ist sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet, so dass ein gemütliches Verweilen und chillen gut getan hat. Wiederholenswert !

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Ferienhaus Sonnenkap sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, absolut ruhig gelegen - ein super schöner Garten zum verweilen. Das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel und absolut geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Check-In und Check-Out lief absolut problemlos. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

"Sonnenkap 8" ist ein echter Schatz unter den Ferienhäusern: großzügig, elegant und einladend.
Von außen ein kleines Juwel, von innen eine Wucht: die Wohnfläche ist hell und freundlich mit großer Küchenzeile. Gemütliche Fußbodenheizung und ein wunderbarer Kamin, ein einladender Esstisch und eine bequeme Unterhaltungsecke runden das Erdgeschoss ab. Im 1. Stock gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großzügiges Bad. Alles ist nobel und - wie sagt man so schön - vom Feinsten: Bettbezüge und Handtücher nebst Saunatücher sind hochklassig. - Alles in allem ein wunderbares Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Annehmlichkeiten wie kleine Sauna, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine verstehen sich von selbst. Eine nette Rundum-Betreuung durch den Manager vor Ort ist eingeschlossen!
Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.
