We chose this house due to it being so close to Guedelon. The owners have done a very decent job of remodeling an old country home and the amenities were more than adequate. Check-in was a bit off, but that was due totally to a delay in my receiving notifications from Vrbo. We worked it out with a phone call. My only complaint, and this is nothing that Tom or Gwendolyn could fix, there are only very small towns nearby and as we were there on Sun-Mon, we could not find a single restaurant open anywhere. Nothing. Fortunately there were a couple grocery stores open! Equally fortunately, I accidentally chose a day to visit when Guedelon was open. So look at open and closed dates if you are traveling off season.

Rigtig fint lille hus som passer perfekt til et par eller en familie med børn. Huset ligger på landet ad en stille vej og har en fin lille have med skyggeplads. Indretningen er praktisk og sengene gode. I nærheden kan du opleve mange spændende ting, herunder arkæologi eksperimentet Guédelon slot, byen St. Sauveur chateau Ratilly og en 2000 år gammel kalkmine. Der var dog et par minusser, deraf kun 3 stjerner: 2 havestole men ingen hynder til dem, køleskabet er meget lille- især om sommeren ( der var ca 30 gr. da vi var der), der manglede fryseplads. Kun meget lille fryseafdeling øverst i køleskabet som ikke kunne lukkes, der var mange spindelvæv over det hele. 2 toiletter er fint, men man skal tage brusebad i et badekar som er placeret under skråvæg. Er du under 1.70 går det nok men ellers møgbesværligt. Men alt i alt et fint lille hus i en fantastisk omgivelse.

Ruime en goed uitgeruste gite met veel bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Prima contact met de verhuurder. Enkel de extra kost voor opkuis was niet duidelijk vermeld in de huur voorwaarden.

Le gite est très agréable. Nous étions 4 adultes et un enfant de 9 ans. Le gite est suffisamment grand et tout le monde a su trouver sa place. L'accueil avec Gwendolyn a été très agréable.

La maison est très propre, bien équipé (manque une machine à laver le linge). Maison situé dans un tout petit hameau mais proche de tout a quelques minutes en voiture. Gwendolyn est réactive et très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre balade en forêt et soirée au coin du feu.

très bien situé en pleine nature espace autour de la maison il y a tout ce qu'il faut proche Guedelon à faire chateau de Saint- Fargeau visite de nuit à faire ferme du chateau les enfants adorent

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Häuschen am Waldrand. Wir konnten super zu Fuß die Baustelle von Guédelon erreichen und es gibt noch viele andere Tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben außerdem noch eine tolle Kanu Tour auf der Loire gemacht. Für maximal 4 Personen ist das Haus wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.

Séjour très agréable dans cette charmante petite maison. L'accueil est très plaisant. Nous avons bien apprécié le calme et la salle de séjour cosy avec sa cheminée. Seul petit regret : le manque de rideaux occultants ou de volets dans la chambre du haut, où il fait grand jour dès le lever du soleil.

Si vous aimez être au calme, vous allez y être (trop peut être ). Gîte carrément perdu dans la campagne dans une impasse entouré de 2 ou 3 maisons qui semblent abandonnées. La place de parking est en fait au bord du chemin le long de la maison , vous pouvez tout de même vous garer à l'intérieur à condition que le portail qualifié "un peu château branlant" par la propriétaire ne s'écroule pas entre vos mains Pour le reste de cette ancienne maison, eh bien , elle a gardé tout son charme d'antan, toiles d'araignees comprises. Si vous souhaitez passer un super Halloween, ce sera votre maison pour sensations assurées.
