40km north of Kolari, Lake Ylläsjärvi 2 km, beach 3,5 km.

Combined kitchen-livingroom, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each downstairs, 3 sleeping alcoves (curtains at the doorways) each with 2 beds upstairs (sloping ceilings), electric sauna, shower, 2 toilets, utility room and drying room with drying cabinet for clothes. Ski maintenance room. Big terrace. Baby cot, high chair and sled. 3 kicking sleds for an adults. Total area 158 m² of which 126 m² downstairs and 32 m² upstairs.
Other: Wifi, 2 x Chromecast, Air source heat pump (with cooling and warming function). Electric car charging station 11 kW.
