In one word … EVERYTHING!!! I cannot fault one single thing! The mill is a stunningly beautiful and unique place to stay with absolutely everything you could need provided for you. From plenty of towels to a picnic blanket, from an air cooler to loads of crockery and cutlery… brilliant! Jane and Allan gave us such a warm welcome and had left us a scrummy hamper including Janes mums awesome lemon drizzle cake … yum! The grounds are amazing! It takes about 20 minutes to walk around the stunning waterways, wooded areas and lawns. The grounds are full of wildlife, kingfishers, ducks, an otter, deer, a heron and hedgehogs. If you are looking for a peaceful, restful and unique property then Grafton Mill is it!

Superb position. The hosts wonderful and accommodating. Access to the whole plot of land…. and it’s big! Well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a break
