Hawks Point Lodge

Location was nice and close to Dollywood and other attractions.

Very difficult to find the lodge as the instructions did not mention that it was located inside a gated community (HIDDEN SPRINGS RESORT) and required a gate entry code. After driving around in circles finally had to call rental property agent to get clarification and gate code. Lodge had no cable/wi-fi connection. (This was already addressed in the rental contract but still detracted from the visit.) The community pool in the resort area was very lacking in cleanliness and purity of the pool water. Very salty like swimming in the ocean.

Loved everything about this cabin beautiful view.

I think the cleaning crew could have done a little better, the walls were little dirty. Other than that would recommend it was beautiful

We really enjoyed the rest of the cabin.

The cable didn't work called someone out to fix it they never showed up. When we arrived we were giving the wrong code to get in the gate so it took us forever to get in. People behind us finally got frustrated gave us there code.I finally got some one on the phone to give us a code 30 minutes later.
