About this house rental
Chicago Cubs Mtn Retreat Cabin offers 3 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms the main level offers a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, glasses, silverware, small appliances etc) , living room with large flat screen t.v. and duel gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, large Jacuzzi tub and private bath with stand up shower. The 2nd master offers a king bed with a 50" tv with private bath tub/shower combo. On the back deck you will find a private hot tub with a t.v. and relaxing rocking chairs. Downstairs you will find a fun filled game room equipped with a pool table, fooseball table, 2 person sit down arcade with 12 games, sleeper sofa, refrigerator,microwave and a large flat screen t.v. to watch your favorite game. Just outside the game room on the deck is your very own private putt putt course to enjoy. Also located downstairs you will find the half-bath off the game room and the third bedroom with a queen bed, 50" tv and private bathroom with a walk in shower. You also have access to the indoor heated pool open March-December (Resort Pool will be closed for maintenance and repairs January and February.

Our main reason for going was to visit Dollywood. Property very convenient to Dollywood and close to restaurants and shops while being in a private gated community. Cabin was clean, well stocked with items we needed and the grandkids loved the playroom and putt putt on the porch. So nice to have 3 private bedrooms all with their own bathroom and an additional bedroom connected to the game room. April responded quickly to our questions and was wonderful and professional to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was so close to all of the main attractions, all while being just the right amount of away from the hustle and bustle! I loved that when you had down time, you had putt putt to play, you had a hot tub to enjoy, there was a pool table, PAC MAN table, fooseball table and if you have a gaming system like my son, you could hook it up to play as well! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom plus and extra half bath where the washer and dryer were! April was the best host! She had my kids a nice surprise to come in to as well as a surprise for the adults since we went there to spend the first Christmas without my late husband/kids father! She was very attentive to any needs and was always only a text message away! We look forward to going back and doing this again! We had 3 adults and 2 children and had plenty enough space for every person!

The basement activities were a hit! The arcade game and pool table were the best part of the house.We were blown away with a very strong smell of air freshener, so we had to air out the house and put the air fresheners outside. All my clothes came home smelling like them. New pool ques are desperately needed, and the pool table needs leveled. The kids didn't mind it, the adults did. The cabinets were stocked with food so no place to put our own food. Cobwebs in the master shower and while there is a closet in the master it is locked so there is nowhere to hand clothes in that bedroom.
