Lovely comfortable cottage

Very comfortable, well equipped cottage. Excellent kitchen and bathroom and wide comfortable bed. Good wifi and smart tv. Convenient location for Cromer and Sheringham. A shop in the village, 2 pubs and a fish and chip shop.

Parking is tricky. You have to drive up a narrow lane, turn & reverse into your space opposite the cottage. Quite tedious if you are doing it several times a day but as there is no other parking in the area there is no alternative.

location was very good.

No welcome pack to guide us through our stay. Wi-fi code had to be found by searching under the router, no helpful instructions. The only help/instructions were regarding leaving the property on the last day and how the cleaner would gain entry and work around us if we had not left the property on time, even though she apparently didn't have keys to do this! The black bin was full to the top, no spare capacity. The green bin was missing completely. Some aspects of the property were not sufficiently clean but it was made aware to us that we should call a phone number to have this rectified and we only had one chance to do this!

Very clean, slept well, good location and would recommend this property.

The Bathroom was downstairs and I don't recall this being mentioned in the booking info. Stairs would be difficult for children and anyone with a disability. Also if you had a large car access would have been impossible.

Very warm and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom and well equipped kitchen.

The communication and response from the owner/agent was excllent, there was an issue on arrival but it was dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. I also left a coat which was posted on to me with no fuss.

beds weren't too comfortable - one too soft, one too hard!!

loved the cottage - perfect for me and the bed was sooooo comfortable ! I even got used to the challenge of parking rear

proximity to shops pub and beach walks

just a word of caution - your gas hobs don’t “spark” - there is a missing knob that should light the hobs which is missing - I had to buy matches to light but I tried to ignite them without - a lot of gas with no finish!!

Lovely break next to the sea

The cottage is in a great location and has everything you could need. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were all clean. Paul the owner was super helpful too.

Good value

I liked the bedrooms, the living space, and a well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the bath. Would stay again and recommend.

We're being a bit picky, the stairs were quite steep when carrying a baby and the bread knife was rubbish. But this is picky

Well equipped cottage in an ideal location

The location was excellent for us which was the main reason for choosing the property

The entrance and parking was tricky and having the bathroom downstairs was not ideal in the night!

Lovely cottage ,really clean shop ,pub takeaways right on your doorstep lovely kitchen bath and shower

Sofas really uncomfortable ,beds hard and really steep staircase not suitable for older people
