Great location, close to Cromer, Sheringham and East Runton beach. Clean and tidy on arrival. Cosy interior. Had all amenities we wanted (free WiFi, fridge-freezer, towels, etc). Great communication from Paul after I contacted about key collection, he gave me extra bits of useful information. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend, thank you!
A bit of forewarning about how to park in front of the property would’ve been good, as it’s a very narrow drive which you ideally have to reverse down to park. Also the dining room could do with a bit more lighting as it’s sandwiched between the kitchen and living room with little natural light being able to reach the room.

Very comfortable, well equipped cottage. Excellent kitchen and bathroom and wide comfortable bed. Good wifi and smart tv. Convenient location for Cromer and Sheringham. A shop in the village, 2 pubs and a fish and chip shop.
Parking is tricky. You have to drive up a narrow lane, turn & reverse into your space opposite the cottage. Quite tedious if you are doing it several times a day but as there is no other parking in the area there is no alternative.

Very clean, slept well, good location and would recommend this property.
The Bathroom was downstairs and I don't recall this being mentioned in the booking info. Stairs would be difficult for children and anyone with a disability. Also if you had a large car access would have been impossible.
