Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Viel Platz für 2. Großes Badezimmer. Freundliche und schnell reagierende Gastgeber. Terrasse zum Frühstücken und Sonnenbaden.

Fenster im Schlafzimmer muss man manuell öffnen. Badezimmer braucht dringend einen starken Abzug. Küche braucht mehr Licht über der Arbeitsfläche.

Ubicacion alejada de aglomeraciones de gente. Parking exclusivo y al lado del apartamento Entorno muy agradable Muebles y electrodomésticos nuevos. Apartamento muy comodo y amplio. Terraza con vistas al jardin llena de olores florales ideal para el desayuno. .

Il manque de la lumière naturelle au rez de chaussée et insuffisance d'éclairage pour cuisiner ou lire... Logement inadapté pour une famille, le petit canapé ne peut pas remplacer un lit. Pas d'isolation phonique entre le RDC et l'étage, le parquet et les escaliers grincent. Volets électriques des velux ne fonctionnent pas. Mauvaises odeurs dans le logement camouflées par d'horribles odeurs artificielles de désodorisants automatiques. Logement géré par un particulier très loin des prestations de logements gérés par des professionnels.
