Deceptive listing

The television, which was not working upon our arrival, was repaired by the owner after we reported it.

Highly Misleading Listing Photos: This was our biggest issue. The photos on the listing are clearly a mix from multiple different properties, which led to significant confusion and unmet expectations. We specifically booked based on seeing a mezzanine space we intended for our baby, but this did not exist in the apartment we were given. This feels deceptive. Complete Lack of Privacy in Bedrooms: The bedrooms are entirely open-plan, connecting to each other without any means of separation or privacy. This was not made clear in the listing. No Blinds or Curtains in Bedrooms: A major oversight was the complete absence of blinds or curtains, especially in the upper bedroom. This made it very difficult to sleep (too bright in the mornings) and offered no sense of privacy. In our opinion, a room without any window coverings isn't truly a functional bedroom. Unusable Garden: The grass in the garden area was completely unmown and overgrown, making it impossible to use, which was disappointing. Questionable Property Size: The apartment felt significantly smaller than the 77m² advertised. While we didn't measure, the discrepancy seemed noticeable. Owner's Response to Concerns: While the TV was fixed, the owner unfortunately ignored all our other serious concerns when we raised them (regarding the misleading photos, lack of privacy, missing blinds, and the garden). Overall: We were very disappointed with our stay due to the significant inaccuracies in the property listing and the lack of resolution for major issues. While the TV repair was appreciated, the fundamental problems with how the property is advertised and equipped were not addressed, making it impossible for us to recommend it to others. Future renters should be very cautious and double-check all details before booking, as the photos are not a reliable representation of the specific unit you might receive.

Good location between Arles, Nimes and Avignon

Beautiful, rustic apartment and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Good location for sightseeing to Arles, Nimes or Avignon but located in a quiet area.

We never met our host and needed help to access the apartment from a helpful neighbor. Shopping is not close by.

Generally nice very calm and quiet place. Very well equipped house. Clean and comfortable.

We like to play in the evenings on the grass (badminton etc) and it was one of the reason why whe had choosen this place. Generally it was not possible because the grass was not mowed. It was very high. A lot of flies probably because of farm of animals. It is hard to use bed on the top because it is very lown down there. Terrace roofing would be great.

Very nice place for the enjoyable stay in the Provence.

The place is very nice. Everything is new, well equipped and calm as expected. Whole area is quiet, green and 100% in the spirit of the Provence :-) Audrey is very friendly and always ready to help. The peaches from her garden are delicious!

Fijn, mooie locatie, schoon en modern.

De ligging, zeer centraal tov Arles, Avignon etc.. warme ontvangst. Heel schoon en mooi ingericht. Verwarming aangezet, heel aardig. Prachtige omgeving. De bloesembomen van van Gogh.

Wij snapten niet hoe het slot werkte.
