Well-kept, well-equipped apartment right on the sea. Where Italy still belongs to the Italians, the property is just a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. Between the oak forest and the hill you and your family can take their distance, get to know the Italian soul and enjoy pure nature. The apartment is well prepared. Two bedrooms can easily accommodate a family of 2-4 or a circle of friends. There is nothing missing. They look directly into the green and have the view of the beautiful bay on whose beaches you can choose between sandy beach and pebble beach.
If you want to do nudist so here is the corresponding designated beach within walking distance.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living-dining room. A spacious terrace is perfect for relaxing during the day and barbecue in the evening.
If you want to paint you have 4 studio and 2 fieldstaffels available.
Historic cities invite you to stroll as well as the nearby massif for hiking and exploring. Culinary the area offers a rich table, wine, wonderful olive oil and all sorts of local specialties, which are unique in Italy.

Wer es ruhig mag auf der Terrasse, den kleinen, aber steilen Weg zum Kieselstrand, oder 10 Minuten weiter den Sandstrand nicht scheut, die Natur der Abruzzen liebt und deswegen auch nichts gegen ein paar Ameisen in der Wohnung hat, der ist hier genau richtig!
Berge, Wandern, Strand, Meer, Fahrrad fahren, alles geht.

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen, sauberen und stilvollen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Noch schöner war allerdings das Verweilen auf der großen, zur Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse und dem parkähnlichen Grundstück. Von der Gemeinschaftsterrasse kann man sogar das Meer sehen.

Super schönes Haus in toller Lage mit einer sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung und großer Terrasse. In 5 bis 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am unverbauten Strand. Wir können die Wohnung und den netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter nur empfehlen!
