No dishwasher, no microwave, no washing machine. Lights were not working properly. Bathroom door was making lot of noise.

The location is great! Close to Co-Op for groceries and in the middle of town for restaurants and train station.

Dark hallway with stairs to climb. So we used our phone flashlights at night.

Greatly located apartment at a reasonable price

Great localization at the heart of Manarola. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable.

Some details could be renovated, such as the loudly creaking doors. Check in wasn't possible at the declared time but we could leave our luggage for the time needed to clean the apartment so it wasn't much of the problem

Lovely apartment in a great location

Homely apartment in a great location that has a balcony to enjoy the atmosphere. The host was lovely and gave us clear instructions of how to get there and had left us a bottle of wine.

There was a beeping noise that we could not figure out or get rid of that went on all the time. It would also have been useful to have a washing machine. The furniture was very basic and we could not open the drawers properly.

Great location. Host was very responsive to all questions.

Very easy to access and so close to the train station. Plenty of room for our family of four. Very clean and quiet. There were church bells but it was very charming and they did not ring overnight. I would stay here again.

Might be good to provide instructions on unlocking the door. A few more large towels would be helpful as well as washcloths.

Great location up the two main big hills in Manarola, but also by two great coffee spots/ Italian bars for breakfast and lunches. The inside is not very decorated but has everything we needed: the veranda off the larger bedroom was beautiful and handy. The kitchen was very large. One bathroom, two bedrooms.

The location was amazing and the apartment offered plenty of space for our group of four adults. The beds are very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out with the key in the lockbox.

We had a couple of issues during our stay that weren't resolved, though the communication was efficient.

great location! communication with the host was good and timely.

photos definitely make this place look more kept than what we found in reality. place needs some love. lots of things falling apart or in need of attention and the place was not as clean as we would typically expect for a home stay. additionally, when we arrived there was no hand or dish soap nor was there coffee despite the few pots provided to make our own. the host quickly remedied this and provided these essentials the next morning.

The hosts were ready to help

it wasn’t too far up the hill and was pleasantly decorated. Directions were easy to follow and close to the train station. it was really nice to have a welcome bottle of wine. it was very clean. Not very noisy.

The balcony was difficult to get onto especially for 2 people. The second bedroom is also in the lounge room which has a 2 seater. I would have loved some pegs for the clothes line and and iron and ironing board.

Great location, easy to check in. Got a second set of keys upon request since we were two couples. Big bathroom with never-ending hot water for showering! Big fridge and adequate kitchen. Great apartment for one couple or small family! Very nice that they left a bottle of wine for us!

This is a great place for a couple or a couple with children. But for two couples, it was difficult as the front bedroom is really spacious and has the terrace and view and the back bedroom is small with a window into the stairwell. The kitchen chairs should be replaced as most of them were impossible to sit on. Also some of the door handles kept falling off so those need to be fixed.

A wonderful stay

We stayed at Willy’s apartment with our 3 children aged 10, 9 and 7. It was the perfect base for us to explore the beautiful Cinque Terre. Clean and spacious and very good value. Very central to restaurants, the train station and a short stroll to the waterfront. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Great appartment, roomy and clean with lovely balcony.

Lovely appartment, great location: three minutes from the station, 3 minutes from the centre. Very quiet! The appartment is roomy and very clean and new. We slept great: good beds and silent but effective aircondition. We loved sitting on the balcony with view on the old church. Kids appreciated the wifi a lot. Very easy access to the train and bus to the Cinque Terre villages.
