About this house rental
This Villa is located only a few walking minutes away from the white sandy beach in a well maintained complex. In the livingroom of about 50 m2 you will find a stereo installation, tv-set, kitchen and a generous eating corner. On the from the outside invisible Patio you find a private pool, teakwood chairs an table, sunchairs and a sunscreen. Through the Patio you reach the sleeping part of the Villa with 2 bedrooms (2 singel beds and 1 double bed) and a bathroom. The generous bathroom with daylight contains a shower, toilet and bidet. Through the Patio you reach as well the big sunningterass with fantastic seaview on the bay of Costa Calma. A good place for having a nice diner and to start or end the day in a comfortable way.

Everything was perfect, location was great, views fantastic. Very well equipped, clean, modern Villa in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Would definitely recommend !

Positiv: Gute Lage, traumhafter Ausblick, wunderschöne Terasse, Pool, Ausstattung der Küche.
Negativ: Schlechte Belüftung der Schlafzimmer - bei großer Hitze sehr stickig. Pool-Säuberung nur auf Anfrage. 2 Tage Baulärn im Nachbararpartement, ohne dass die Verwaltung davon wußte.
Restaurant-Tip: Mirador de Sotavento
Herrlicher Ausblick in sehr gepflegtem Ambiente sowie sehr schmackhafter Küche und sehr gutem Service.
