About this house rental
This Villa is located only a few walking minutes away from the white sandy beach in a well maintained complex. In the livingroom of about 50 m2 you will find a stereo installation, tv-set, kitchen and a generous eating corner. On the from the outside invisible Patio you find a private pool, teakwood chairs an table, sunchairs and a sunscreen. Through the Patio you reach the sleeping part of the Villa with 2 bedrooms (2 singel beds and 1 double bed) and a bathroom. The generous bathroom with daylight contains a shower, toilet and bidet. Through the Patio you reach as well the big sunningterass with fantastic seaview on the bay of Costa Calma. A good place for having a nice diner and to start or end the day in a comfortable way.
Ideal holiday location: In the Costa Calma you find a lot of shopping posebilities. Good resaurants, various carrental companies, a lot of sporting and freetime options.

We loved our stay, very friendly people, great location, very close to the beautiful beaches.
The pool is very private. The house has all the necessities you need. They even have a safe and key for your valuables.
We would definitely recommend it❤️

This was the perfect home for our first stay in Fuerte Ventura. It is nicely equipped and very cozy. The location seems to be one of the best on the Island. We are looking forward to our mext stay, than maybe with the kids, too.

I feel bad writing this as I seem in the minority looking at other reviews but, we found the property to be somewhat disappointing.
The pictures make the property look incredible but, what they don’t portray is the fact that the property is quite noisy at times with it being on the ground floor opposite the Pájara Beach Hotel. We hadn’t anticipated that delivery lorries would start their deliveries quite so early and because you have to leave the doors open to allow air flow, you can hear them and if you’re a light sleeper, you will be disturbed.
You have to leave the doors open for air flow because there is no air conditioning. We stayed in a cooler month and even then we were far too hot at night. The provided duvets were much too hot and we had to take the covers off and just sleep under those. The stains on the duvets when I took the covers off weren’t good either. The pillows are the foam types and again are too hot and uncomfortable. The bedding needs updating as it just isn’t cool and comfortable for a hot climate. The beds themselves are also not very comfortable. The whole 8 nights there I awoke most mornings at about 5am as I was too uncomfortable and hot.
