Fabulous apartment, beach & views

Absolutely gorgeous view, property & city! The host met us at the door & introduced us to the cleaner who was eagerly waiting to help us out. The apartment was very homely and had all the facilities we needed for a fabulous week. All the facilities were clean & in working order. Waking up to sunrise over the ocean each morning was just an added bonus, as well as turning around to see Table Mountain & Lion's head each time we walked out the door. The property was secure & safe and met all of our needs. We came home to a clean home each day as well. Loved our stay!

Beautiful views and spacious, but needs maintenance.

The location and view stunning. The rooms spacious and well furnished. Housekeeper was exceptionally good.

Sliding doors very stiff to operate. One didn't fit properly so our master bedroom was draughty in September and we had to leave the noisy heating on. Nox did not fix anything as agreed. Nox greeting agent not very professional and walked off with our rucksack. Master bedroom mattress comfortable but well worn and uneven. Lights flickered. Showers not thermostatic, so make sure no one else is using the water or you'll freeze or scald.

The service times for house keeping are not accommodative of a holiday break. You almost have to wake up because someone is coming to service the apartment. On the check out day, it was worse because there’s little time from waking up to 10:00, which is check out time. Housekeeping came almost an hour earlier and it felt a bit uneasy to hop around clearing stuff, packing and her asking for towels and and…

Beautiful accommodation, lovely to look at however seems like you cannot enjoy yourself to much !!!

The accommodation was beautiful and exactly as advertised ! Lovely views and very up market . The location area of the apartment was a good area !

To be told how to get the keys and from whom . Plus we had to call twice for the keys to be delivered .Waited on the road with luggage till the key holder dropped the keys . To long to wait as a guest check in was confirmed . The news levels of the building / construction was unacceptable. Constantly being nagged and messaged about noise levels to be lowered at 8 pm at night was frustrating as this is a holiday accommodation. We understand that there are rules but it started to feel stressful instead of enjoyable as you were constantly worried you made noise , if you played music or you laughed or spoke - very uncomfortable !!

The spectacular ocean view 💯 The interior design 👌 😍 The location was so convenient,close to most of our itinerary-Signal hill for Paragliding(parapax), The lawns restaurant,The Bungalow Restaurant,V&A Waterfront,campsbay beach etc. Our Host was really nice. Our help was so kind and super lovely. Thank you Peter and sisi❣️ Everything was perfect 🥰. We always lived in a clean environment. I can safely say that i have found a home when in Capetown.🤩🤩🤩

The location was great, so close to the beach and 5 star restaurants. The apartment was beautiful, nicely decorated and has all amenities, including heated under blankets. The views were to do die for, absolutely beautiful 😍

Very Fabulous Stay.

Our stay as a family at 9 on Nautica was a very beautiful experience, the apartment is very clean, wonderfully furnished with a daily cleaning service, an integrated kitchen with all tools and appliances, and what distinguishes it as well as a balcony with ocean views and stunning landscapes and complete privacy for family members with all barbecue grilling equipment in the balcony, with a private parking for the apartment, and easy access to the beach on foot. So I strongly recommend staying in this apartment 👍

Access to services: a supermarket and restaurants are available within a 2-minute drive, and on foot approximately 12 minutes.
