Precioso apartamento en la playa Barcelona

We really liked the location with private access to the see. It’s around 0.5 h to the town centre of Barcelona but we have rented the car so it was a great spot for all the trips around the Barcelona. Small corner shop right there and Aldi 3 minutes by walk 🙂 In the rooms all what you need plus big balcony with mountains and see view. Good communication with receptionist and the host, we truly recommend the place!

We had some issue with shower head and hair dryer for example but we did let the host know and I believe it will be fixed. I would suggest to get some more smaller plates, we had kids and we truly needed them but it is not something that I can call an issue. To be honest the only downside of the property was the size of two out of three bedrooms, two were really small but we have managed.

The apartment was very nice and clean. There was everything you need on a holiday: well equiped kitchen and bathroom, a washing machine and an air heat pump. Beds were comfortable and from the balcony there was a nice view to the sea. Location was nice and quiet and there was plenty of parking space. Rental car was a good choice. A small "supermarket" in the neighbourhood was handy and there is Aldi very close as well. Vilassar de mar was a nice small town (only a 10 minutes drive) with lot of restaurants and small stores. Jose was very helpful and answered quickly to any questions. I can warmly reccommend his apartment to families, friends and couples.

An elevator would have been nice. The location was quite far from everything, a rental car is almost necessary. (A train goes to Barcelona, nyt we didn't try it.)

We were attending a wedding at Ca L'iborra in Mataro, so wanted somewhere close to the venue. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a large balcony with a lovely view of the sea from one end and the hills from the other. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The keys were picked up from the security desk at the entrance to the complex. The complex itself had a little supermarket, lovely pool, children's play area, football goals, volleyball court and a restaurant/bar. The apartment key gave access to a private gate through to the beach directly. The beach was uncrowded and peaceful with no distractions. A large Aldi supermarket was about a 5 minute walk from that gate. The railway station to get a train to Barcelona is about an 18 minute walk along the beach. Trains to Barcelona took around 40 minutes and cost about 8 euros for a return ticket. The host messaged with plenty of helpful advice on how to get to / from the airport and Barcelona and also on places to eat locally, as well as the best tickets to buy on the train if visiting Barcelona frequently during your stay. The apartment was on the fourth floor but each flight was a short length so we didn't find it too hard going to be without a lift.

I really only have two criticisms - the second double bedroom had no bedside table or shelf by the bed to put a glass of water/phone etc and there were no oven gloves to help retrieve food from the oven. Neither of these were deal breakers of course.

A proximité d'une nationale de ce fait extrêmement bruyant et difficile pour dormir. Place de parking très petite.
