Breakfast buffet was exceptional and dinners were delicious, as well as beautifully served! The bed was very comfortable!! Pool and area around it was very clean and attractive. The staff were exceptional!! They really went out of their way to make sure I had a happy birthday, including room decorations and 2 birthday cakes.
No lounge beds or umbrellas around pool and often unavailable during special occasions. Spa only offers massages, not facials or other services.

the ambience and location was fabulous! rooms were nice and cozy.
while checking out they charged us 2 k for mini bar consumption - which was a biscuit packet, tea sachets, 2 small coldrink cans , cashew packet and 1lt bottle of water! what kind of service charge is it. and if was not complementary why was it not well ahead informed of? such a disgrace for a big group of hotel.
