THE LOCATION
Experience an unforgettable holiday close to the beach in the popular holiday resort of Moraira on the Costa Blanca! The beautiful sandy beach can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes, the inviting town centre and the picturesque marina in just under 15 minutes. Despite the proximity to these tourist attractions, the location is very quiet, so that your sleep will not be disturbed by the tourist hustle and bustle in Moraira.
THE APARTMENT
The holiday flat consists of 2 residential units on the garden floor of a villa.
In the first unit there is a double bedroom, a shower room with WC, a living room and a kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Directly adjacent to this main living unit is the second living unit with 2 further double bedrooms and another shower room with WC. This means that up to 6 people can sleep in very comfortable beds and share all the amenities listed below.
LIVING AREA, KITCHEN, DINING AREA
In the first accommodation unit there is a small, cosy living room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The eat-in kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. A bright, nice dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to eat. Up to six people can be seated here. Both the living and dining areas are equipped with air conditioning.
SLEEPING AREAS AND BATHROOMS
In the first accommodation unit there is a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning. There is a shower room with WC. The second accommodation unit has 2 bedrooms with double beds (150 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm), equipped with powerful fans and 1 further shower room with WC.
TERRACE, GARDEN,
From the living room and the eat-in kitchen you can access the large covered terrace with a big granite dining table for up to 6 people. The Mediterranean, secluded garden with plenty of space for sun loungers is available for your exclusive use. The garden has its own barbecue area, which can also be used as an outdoor kitchen.
SWIMMING POOL
There is a large shared swimming pool with a shower on the intermediate terrace, which is also used by the owner.
INTERNET, CAR PARK, WASHING MACHINE
Powerful and fast WiFi thanks to fibre optic connection, 1 lockable private parking space and a separate room for the washing machine complete the offer.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
There is a large shared swimming pool with a shower on the large intermediate terrace, which is also used by the owner.
Rather than charging a high flat rate for the electricity costs of the air conditioning and other electrical appliances, we only charge you for the electricity you actually use during your stay at the standard rate of 35 cents per kWh. You will need to pay for the electricity costs in cash on departure, plus a one-off charge of €90.00 for final cleaning and laundry.

The flat was clean, tidy and well equipped. It was secluded and very safe. We had a small front garden with loungers and the beautiful pool area to ourselves. Perfect location with about a 15 minute stroll into Moraira, the supermarkets and the beach. Beate, the landlady, was always available if we had any questions or requests. She gave us very good tips for the area. The only downside was that it didn't have a hot tub as listed and it would have made a more comfortable stay if it had mosquito screens.

Beate is geweldig en doet er alles aan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De locatie is super, je loopt zo naar strand of restaurants. Een aanrader.

De indeling van de woning was iets anders dan wij verwachtten. De 2e en 3e slaapkamer kunnen binnendoor slechts door de 1e slaapkamer worden bereikt. Wel kan men via een 2e deur buitenom naar de woonkeuken of terras. Verder was de woning prima in orde en schoon. Eventuele verzoeken of problemen werden direct aangepakt en opgelost.
Beate deed dit - samen met haar Spaanse medewerkers - vol energie en charme.
