About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Rosa, it is only a few meters above the courtyard to the sandy beach.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, shower room (with underfloor heating) and a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette (including dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster), a small seating area with TV and a large table with 6 chairs (the washer dryer is in the basement), and a balcony.
A parking space in the yard belongs to the apartment as well as storage facilities for bicycles and prams in the basement.
On request, we provide our guests with a baby bed, stroller and a booster seat for a small surcharge. Bed linen and towels can be rented on site from the service team (currently € 19.00 per person)

Wohnung ist ideal für Familien, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche mit allem was man braucht, Einkaufen um die Ecke, WLAN und natürlich quasi direkt am Strand.
Alles ist so, wie beschrieben und sowohl die Kommunikation mit Frau Steiner als auch die Betreuung vor Ort ist so wie man sie sich wünscht.

Sehr schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr ruhig im Haus .Direkt am Strand gelegen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Immer wiedergeben.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Am schönsten waren die allmorgentlichen Strandspaziergänge. Der schöne Strand ist ja auch fast direkt von der Haustür. Auch Bäcker und Einkaufsmarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
