Merg aici vara de vară de 5 ani. Este curat și personalul mereu prompt și de folos. Însă anul acesta cu părere de rău foarte tare mi s-a părut ca mirosea mocheta din camera…:(

Personalul foarte amabil. Am întâmpinat o singură problemă, dar care s-a rezolvat foarte rapid.

Wi-fi ul nu funcționa.

Totul a fost perfect! Locația este de vis – la doar câțiva pași de plajă, într-o zonă liniștită și plăcută. Cazarea este modernă, curată și foarte bine întreținută. Am avut tot ce ne-a trebuit pentru un sejur confortabil: aer condiționat, Wi-Fi bun, un pat extrem de comod. Balconul cu vedere spre mare a fost un mare plus – perfectă pentru cafeaua de dimineață sau un pahar de vin seara. Gazda a fost excepțională – amabilă, primitoare și mereu disponibilă pentru orice întrebare sau recomandare. Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Recomand 100%! Un loc în care ne-am relaxat pe deplin și în care vom reveni cu drag.

Cleanliness and own parking.

1. Iwas called from the reception at 12.30 to confirm if and when we arrive, although the room was paid in full, in advance, on booking and check in was at 16.00, so we were not in late. When I mentioned this, I was told that there are customers who pay and do not come. I didn't understand what the role of the phone was. In conclusion, they thought it was possible to rent a room twice. 2. I booked a QUEEN room, with balcony, sea view, we received, in the first phase, a room with no sea view. We insisted that we have a sea view reservation, in the end they gave us another room with sea view (no sea view because the whole view was covered with a lot of willows), with a shared balcony for 7-8 rooms, practically an outdoor hall, a place to pass. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. The next day I went to the reception and asked to tell me where is the QUEEN rooms located, as my booking confirmation and of course, I discovered we didn't have the QUEEN room, as I paid. The QUEEN rooms all have a sea view and a private balcony. Staff response: That's how we were assigned. Speechless. 3. The yard is full of weeds, careless appearance 4.
