About this villa rental
The villa is located in Lu Impostu, on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, close to the protected area of Capo Coda Cavallo. Surrounded by a garden full of typical Mediterranean plants and beautiful flowers, this house has a direct access to a small beach via a wooden gate. The fine white sand makes a pleasant backdrop at the clear color of the water. The beaches along this coast are renowned for their incomparable beauty and clear waters. A few minutes drive away are the famous beaches of Cala Brandinchi and endless beach of La Cinta.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa is disposed on two floors not communicating internally with each other.
On the first one you find a new kitchen fully equipped, a wide living room and two double bedrooms with one double bed and one bathroom in each one. The large living area, furnished with comfortable sofas, has a beautiful dining table overlooking the sea, which makes it even more pleasant the opportunity to spend time with friends and family.
On the groundfloor, accessible via a staircase that goes from the terrace on the upper floor to the garden, there are two bedrooms with separate entrance one of which is completely new with a double bed and en suite bathroom.
PLEASE NOTE: the 5th and 6th beds can be prepared either upstairs in the living room (sofa beds) or in the groundfloor.
In the outdoor area there is a barbecue and deck chairs where, lulled by the scent of Mediterranean flowers, you can read a book after a day at the beach or just relax listening to the sound of the sea.
Not included in the rental price:
Bed linen and towels (initial set) (on request): 20.00€ per person
Deposit by credit card (compulsory): 1000.00€
High chair (on request): 50.00€ per child
Baby cot (on request): 50.00€ per child
Pool towels (on request): 8.00€ per person
Arrival after standard time (on request): 30.00€
Arrival after standard time (after 22:00) (on request): 50.00€
In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.
Note: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer fee
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), High chair, Late Arrival, Late Arrival (after 22:00), Pets, Pool towels, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.

L'emplacement est enviable, vous pourrez profiter de la paix et de la détente, avec une vue magnifique sur l'île de Tavolara et à quelques pas d'une petite et jolie crique, la maison est entourée de pins. A quelques minutes en voiture des plus belles plages de Sardaigne.
Que puis-je dire de plus, je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent profiter des belles plages de la côte est de la Sardaigne, rester ici en vaut la peine!
