In general, the apartment is very well designed, comfortable, clean and cozy. Also, communication with the host was very pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is also safe for rent because it has a smart lock and is located in the center in a very nice place with kind neighbors.
Since the apartment is on the first floor, there is a smell of dampness and humidity. Maybe because of this there is also mold in the bathroom, and when you open the bathroom door in the morning, an unpleasant smell comes into the living room. We had to air the apartment every day so that the unpleasant smell disappeared. Also, when the neighbors upstairs flush the water in the bathroom or kitchen, it flows very loudly through the pipes and this sound can be disturbing.
