Great location in Paris. Good for sleeping, not for staying in.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with several metro stations and bakeries nearby. The price is reasonable compared to other nearby options.

The apartment is very humid. There was visible mould in one of the corners. It wasn’t as clean as expected either; there were hairs in the sink and shower, and the bathroom corners were quite dusty. It's fine for a quick stay if you just need a place to sleep and shower, but not comfortable for spending extended time indoors.

It was pretty damp with visibly damp walls. Dehumidifiers needed to run the whole time. Also the property had no windows making it feel like we were underground.

Good Price and Location

Very good location that feels safe and it is near to very well connected metro stations. Bathroom was clean and big. Enrrance to home is with mobile app and check in and check out is very easy thanks to that. It had hair dryer and sofa bed was big and comfortable.

For friend groups two rooms might be better but this is also good for its price.

great stay in Rue du Temple

this is the best stay I have had in Paris for a long time! really nice quiet apt., large, well equipped, and cool [temp.!] . only minor snag was the keyless entry: I thought I had downloaded the ap correctly but it seemed not. luckily a representative of the apart owners was there and fixed it for me, thereafter it worked like a dream. well worth having, and all I had to do was make sure I did not lose my smart phone!!! great stay. I'll be back soon!"

I love the apartment. Location is perfect, only few minutes walk to metro😍

The apartment is clean and cosy. Everything we need are provided, complete kitchen utensils. We got free coffee, tea inc. shampoo and shower gel and with hair dryer and even iron☺️

The outside of the apartment, the hallway doesn’t give a good vibe. Dark and messy. The address is abit confusing, not same address on the booking site. 😩 although the staff is really nice and very fast in responding so it went well anyway.

Central place with wifi, but not very cosy.

Great central place

Being in this apartment was like living underground in a basement. There are no useful windows in the apartment, only one window to a shaft with construction things and bad smell. Two Dehumidifiers ensure a fairly comfortable indoor climate. If you just need a place to sleep, it is perfect. The underground is pretty close and generates noise in the apartment 20 hours a day every 6-7 minutes.

Simply absurd place.

We arrived, and the place wasn't clean. We weren't allowed in until after 5:00 p.m. It was simply disgusting. You can't even breathe because of the dampness throughout the apartment. (There are three kind of devices to filter the humidity and the contact guy said that it was because of the “heat” thinking we are stupids. You can't be there for anything, you have to go out). We booked for three persons, it was only one bed and an old gross sofa. Dirty toilet, dirty bed… Everything. If you want to spend almost 500 euros for two nights in a dirty hole, this is the best place

Lacked coffee ,tea and I wasn’t familiar with the locking system on the door which caused problems to begin with but once working it was good but needed to have a charged phone all the time for access

Definitely a unique experience for us

Smaller than expected but worked for us. Bathroom shower needs looking at as water doesn’t drain straight away and a tile missing leaving a big hole on the shower base. Owner was awesome to communicate with!!

The unit was in a perfect location with tons of stuff around it! The host was super helpful!

The location of the unit was perfect. It was only a 30 minute metro ride to the Eiffel tower and pretty close to other sights like the Louvre and the Notre-Dome! There were so many restaurants around it as well which was perfect. The host answered all my messages super fast and was always helpful.

The only issue we had was the blanket for the pull out couch wasn't big enough to cover it and we didn't have enough towels, but the overall stay was amazing!

Exceptional

First of all, the apartment is perfectly located close to shops, groceries, restaurants and metro station. It is privately gated so felt very secure even though it was on the ground floor. It was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated and the kitchen was nicely stocked. My two kids and I got very sick in Paris and had to spend our last 36 hours Paris in bed… so it was the perfect place to be sick as it was very comfortable… but the host then went above and beyond by letting us have a very late check out as we were too I’ll to walk around for a few hours before our train reservation. Our host and this accommodation was our absolute best experience on booking.com and we will definitely be back! Merci!

The place is great located, you can easily walk to many touristic places in less than 20 minutes, but it remains calm; you also have buses, the metro, and a taxi rank less than 5 minutes from the place. Also a supermarket in the corner and different bakeries and shops. The cleaning was great, and Ryan (sorry if I didn't catch your name correctly!) was helpful and friendly. The appartment is very nice and has everything you need, even a washing machine and an iron. The area is quite safe for travelling with kids and it also has a good atmosphere.

The communication with the owner could be improved, he did provided the required information but just after few messages and so close to the day of check-in. But it was clear and helpful, so nothing to worry about. For saying something, the matress of the couch upstairs is a bit unconfortable: the main bedroom is downstairs, so for people with reduced mobility can be a bit tricky. Changing that little detail would make a huge difference in the quality of the service.

Location was very good, noise not acceptable, especially considering the price

There were hundreds of ants on the floor when we arrived. There was hammering and drilling on the party wall with our apartment for several hours both days we were there. We could hardly hear each other speak, it was so loud. Nobody told us that this work was taking place and there was no apology for the noise.

I recently stayed at athis apartment that had received some less than stellar reviews, but my experience was surprisingly great. The location of the apartment was simply amazing, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The bed in the apartment was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay, which was a big plus. The owners were also very nice and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable during our stay. The only downside to the apartment was that it was a bit noisy. However, if noise doesn't bother you, I don't think you'll find better value for your money. One thing to note is that we booked the studio as we couldn't find any information about the apartment that previous guests had rented and were not happy with. However, we were very happy with the studio we stayed in. We had seen some reviews that said the studio did not have windows, but we definitely had windows in our studio and it was great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Despite the previous negative reviews, my experience was fantastic, and I would definitely consider staying here again on future trips
