House has four bedrooms, two living rooms with fireplace, two bathrooms, fully functional kitchen with dining room, big terrace, and all that arranged within 300 square meters of comfortable space. The yard has tree closed parking spaces.
The large courtyard has a barbecue house, where there is also a large dining table, a fountain, a wc and a brick grill with all the equipment for preparing all types of food. Also courtyard has a lawn perfect for sunbathing, sports and playing of your children or pets.

Kuca raspolaze sa cetiri spavace sobe, dve dnevne sobe sa kaminom, dva luksuzna kupatila, potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom i trpezarijom, velikom terasom i sve to rasporedjeno u 300 kvadratnih metara ugodnog prostora. Na raspolaganju su tri zatvorena parking mesta u okviru dvorista.
