About this villa rental
Plan your dream vacation in this exclusive terraced house in a fantastic location by the sea. It's perfect for your next vacation!
The holiday home is located on the seafront and a few meters from the sandy beach.
It has a large terrace with a dining area and a beautiful saltwater swimming poo. The ground floor consists of an en suite bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, with a large window opening onto the terrace and saltwater swimming pool, which offers beautiful views of the sea. Upstairs we find a beautiful bedroom with fabulous views and an en suite bathroom. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea and the whole island.

All rooms are air conditioned and are available 24 hours a day. Pool size 7.5x3m
Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with each reservation. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holidays.

The impressive coastal town of Son Serra de Marina is part of the municipality of Santa Margalida. Although it is one of the most popular areas of the island for wave lovers, this small resort is little known and attracts lovers of surfing and adventure sports. It's a small fishing town with few tourists and locals in a family atmosphere. You will find basic services such as some restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and a municipal library. The nearby beach, about 400 meters long, offers coarse-grained sand, rocks and shallow crystalline waters. A short distance away you will find other natural beaches such as “Son Real” beach and in the opposite direction “Sa Canova”. Son Serra de Marina is the ideal place for nature lovers and those looking to relax.

The flat has all the amenities one could wish for, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi to keep us connected while we enjoyed the pool.

Location and villa stunning.
When faced with a major medical crisis the owner and team were really helpful .
Always quick to respond and help,
Great local info proved on arrival but maybe having this in the villa in a booklet would be easier.
Regarding the villa the only downside was local building work which completely spoiled the tranquility of the location which was our main reason for booking
Kitchen could also be a bit better equipped as quite a few basics like cutting board , bread board etc missing
All in all a great place
