The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, while an additional separate toilet is located next to the lounge.
The second floor features a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with large windows overlooking the bay. From the comfort of the sofa, you can watch sailing boats passing across the water.
The highlight of the property is the beautiful terrace, featuring outdoor dining and relaxing areas with sun loungers, comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs, a Weber gas barbecue and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days.
The property is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, Wi-Fi throughout, a safe, an alarm system and diesel central heating for the cooler months.

Fabulous house in a fabulous location.Property extremely professionally managed and equipped,with everything that you need.Amazing attention to detail and absolutely spotlessly clean. View to die for from the spectacular roof terrace .Awesome cool bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk.Frank .( Mallorca).Can’t wait to go back.!!!!

Wonderful house with an awesome sea view from the roof top as well as from the sofa. Perfectly clean!! House is equipped with anything you need. Great interior design in a maritime style. Roof top is equipped with a lounge, eating table and even a shower. The house is located directly at the beach with a great bar with yummy food around the corner. To sum up, absolutely recommend this beautiful house!
