Unkomplizierter Check-In, großzügiges Apartement, jedoch im Kellergeschoss einer 120 Jahre alten Villa, angenehm kühl, spitzen Matratzen! Klimagerät in der Küche, sauberes Badezimmer, eigener Eingang, netter Garten, fussläufig zu Restaurants ca. 15 min am Strand entlang, Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Wenig Licht, dadurch auch kühl, direkt an der Küstenstraße, somit auch viel Verkehr.

Perfektní přístup majitele. Místo pro ubytování. Přistup k parkování.

Klimatizace pouze v kuchyni. Komáři na venkovní zahradě v noci, ale s tím se asi nedá nic dělat, jinak vše ok.

Very nice place, lush garden with kiwi and fig trees. BBQ. The sea is very close. I had read through the comments, and some people complained about the smell in the basement - there was no bad smell at all. The apartment is located in the basement though. There is only one apartment that can be rented, so you will be the only guests on the property - I think the owner lives on the upper floors. Some people complain about the number of steps. Let me explain: if you are in the garden, and you want to go into the apartment, you need to climb ~10 steps first (on the right side of the building), enter the building, and then descend ~2x10 steps. From the garden, if you want to exit to the main road, it's ~6 steps down, and if you want to exit to the street behind, where the carpark is, it's climbing ~15 steps.
