Apartments Belvedere - by Liburnia Hotels & Villas

The best feature of the apartment was the balcony overlooking the sea. It was on a smaller scale, but still magical creating beautiful relaxing moments during our stay. The surrounding nature and villas were beautiful providing a serene backdrop to our view. The apartment was functional, well equipped, and had good a/c.

The hotel should have provided clear instructions on how to collect the keys. We had to walk to other hotel Excelsior to pick up our keys after running around and asking for help. Also, the parking was sporadic, finding a spot near by, and not properly arranged. It's an old building understandably, but hauling heavy suitcases to a third floor was a nightmare.

Komfortabel, genug Liegen am Pool in der Vorsaison. Ruhig. Appartement mit Terrasse sehr ruhig. Frühstück im Hotel tadellos.

The apartment was perfectly clean and a smart modern feeling. Housekeepers were very helpful and professional. View directly to the sea was superb.

View to semi derelict adjoining properties was horrible. Badly managed pool and terrace area was dirty in poor condition and even dangerous. A whole Chlorine tablet laying unprotected in footbath! Imagine a toddler picking it up!!! The pool has tiles coming off which guests make little piles of around the side. Pigeon poo laid on poolside for two days proving lack of care. Parking is undefined with no clear instruction from Excelsior Hotel. I was unable to park at the property for 4 days. The 4 Star Hotel Excelsior serves only very average 3 star food. And charges €5 for 75cl water at dining table. Tap water not allowed. 4star is supposed to be a mark of quality and service!! Not the amount you get ripped off. My 3rd and worst experience of Liburnia.
