Kiváló helyszín, nagyméretű apartman, nagy medence, közvetlen tengerpart.
A WI-FI nagyon gyenge volt, a konyha felszereltsége alacsony szintű, (sütő nem volt, nem volt nagy kávéspohár, nem volt tésztaszűrő.

A szállás a legjobb helyen van! A szobától néhány lépés a tenger és a medence. A felszereltség tökéletes! 3 naponta takarítottak! Ingyenes parkólóhelyet is találtunk, de volt lehetőség mélygarázsba is parkolni! Tökéletes hely!!
A napozóágy kevés volt, de hely lenne több ágynak is. Ha ezen változtatnak, tökéletes lesz a hely!!

The apartment was perfectly clean and a smart modern feeling. Housekeepers were very helpful and professional. View directly to the sea was superb.
View to semi derelict adjoining properties was horrible. Badly managed pool and terrace area was dirty in poor condition and even dangerous. A whole Chlorine tablet laying unprotected in footbath! Imagine a toddler picking it up!!!
The pool has tiles coming off which guests make little piles of around the side. Pigeon poo laid on poolside for two days proving lack of care. Parking is undefined with no clear instruction from Excelsior Hotel. I was unable to park at the property for 4 days. The 4 Star Hotel Excelsior serves only very average 3 star food. And charges €5 for 75cl water at dining table. Tap water not allowed. 4star is supposed to be a mark of quality and service!! Not the amount you get ripped off. My 3rd and worst experience of Liburnia.
