Very convenient location, close to all three major subway lines; room was decently sized and cozy, plenty of storage; free washer/dryer; easy check-in/check-out
Very powerful sewer gas smell in bathroom closet (third floor stay); shower a bit cramped; no fresh linens without doing laundry personally

Quiet area, near electric town, good family room but a little bit small room, need to relocate baggages to get space. Have washing machines on rooftop no dryer.
No lift, stair quite small, difficulty of carrying big baggae to upper floor.
