There is an exit door to the river, practically a private river, where you can place chairs.
The location of the house is easy to find: Passing the center of Vl Maringá, go ahead, passing the Pousada Colher de Chá turn the first street to the right and around the street you will soon see the wooden gate in the photo on the site. In the corner of the street there is the Trem de Minas restaurant.

A CASA É ANTIGA, PORÉM BEM LOCALIZADA, COM UMA PRAIA DE RIO, PRATICAMENTE PRIVATIVA.
CARECE PORÉM DE MAIORES CUIDADOS, PRINCIPALMENTE NO QUE DIZ RESPEITO AO FATO DE SER UM POUCO ÚMIDA, REQUERENDO QUE SE ABRA AS PORTAS E JANELAS QUASE QUE DIÁRIAMENTE, SEMPRE, PARA EVITAR O MOFO.
ACHO QUE A PROPRIETÁRIA QUE NÃO TIVE O PRAZER DE CONHECER TEM UMA PEQUENA JÓIA NAS MÃOS, BASTANTE COMERCIAL, QUE, TODAVIA, CARECE DE MAIORES CUIDADOS.
