Large vaulted ceiling, open concept house. The private fenced in yard has 4 fruit trees, fire pit and great outdoor space.
The house has 2 bds/2 baths split floor plan, with King size bed in master and Queen size in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, master bath has walk-in shower. Both rooms are equipped with a 50 inch TV, that streams, Netflix, Hulu, HBO and cox cable.
House is equipped with Alexa. Located in kitchen.
The 2nd spacious bedroom has a walk-in closet and the 2nd bathroom is just across the hall.
The living room has queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests, a 65' TV. House is equipped with Panoramic WIFI. TV streams, Netflix, Hulu, HBO and cox cable.
Cook in the fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances and comforts of home or on the outside grill. You can sit and casually enjoy your meals at the expanded counter, or have a dinner party for 6 comfortably at the dining room table.

This is the second time we have stayed at a property of Trish''s. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Trish was prompt to answer our questions and come over to explain the tv controls. She is an A+ host 💙💙

Our stay at this property was just what we needed to rest, recharge and soak in the sun. Tricia was a wonderful property manager who was "Johnny on the spot" whenever we had a question or needed something. The Westbrook community is simply the most relaxing friendly place to spend a few months in the middle of winter. We enjoyed every minute.

owner and property manager was easy to deal with and very accommodating; my senior parents stayed in the home and had slight issue with the automation (e.g. Alexa) but owner was glad to help; Thank you!
