About this house rental
55 km north of Oulu, 56 km south of Kemi, sea / Bay of Bothnia 30 m, shallow, gently deepening beach, sand bottom, stairs to beach, rowing boat.
Silver log villa, built in 2008. Kitchen-living room, ground floor bedroom with double bed, upstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds (both bedrooms with sloping ceilings), children's room with bunk bed, sauna (electric stove), washroom / toilet, in addition 2 separate toilets (one downstairs,one upstairs). Large, covered terrace.
In addition, there is an air source heat pump (cooling in summer), curved TV (smart TV), Bose bluetooth player and internet connection (100 Mt).
A seaside sauna with steam room (wood stove), shower room, dressing room and terrace. Underfloor heating in the sauna building. A seaside sauna is available all year round.
Carport for two cars.

Das Haus ist sehr konfortabel. Sehr genossen haben wir die separate Sauna in einem eigenen Haus und den offenen Kamin im Haupthaus. Für 6 Personen sind ausreichen Schlafräume vorhanden. Alles was das Herz braucht an Küchengeräten ist vorhanden.

Das Haus ist traumhaft gestaltet. Exklusiv eingerichtet. Schöne abgelegene Gegend. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht liegt hier perfekt. Einzig das W-Lan ist zu langsam.
