About this house rental
This LAKE HOUSE is sure to impress with its stunning views and peaceful atmosphere!! Our 1500 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property will comfortably accommodate 8 people. Whether you are in the mood for active or relaxing getaway, you will sure find what you are looking for any time of the year. This house is situated in an amenity filled community complete with playgrounds, pool, basketball and tennis courts. Our property is also minutes away from the Kalahari Resort and Waterpark, Mount Airy Casino Resort, The Crossings Premium Outlets, Claws 'n' Paws Wild Animal Park, Quiet Valley Historical Farm, numerous breweries, restaurants, beach, hiking trails, skiing, and more!
Downstairs includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a closet, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with a WOOD BURNING fireplace, and a HUGE 3-tier deck that extends all the way to the water! The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave oven, an electric stove/oven, and a coffee maker. It is also fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils. The living room includes 2 bed-sofas (convert into bed), 60 inch flat screen SMART TV, PLAYSTATION , BLUETOOTH STEREO SYSTEM, and BLU-RAY DVD PLAYER. You will also find numerous BOARD GAMES that will provide a ton of entertainment!
Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a closet, and 1 full bathroom.
The deck features a gas BBQ GRILL, an outdoor dining area facing the lake, and a swing canopy HAMMOCK (seats up to 3 people). We also offer our guests FISHING RODS and 2 KAYAKS for a relaxed day on the lake. Outdoor area also features a FIRE PIT. Go fishing, feed the ducks, or simply relax by the water! Whatever you do, you will find your experience immensely satisfying and memorable.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $150/per stay/ per pet. Please note while pets are allowed, you must keep a close eye on them as to not damage any furniture or anything else in the house. Please do your best to limit any potential damage, use a couch covers, etc.

We had a fantastic stay at this lakefront cabin. The views over the private lake are absolutely stunning. The three-tier deck is perfect for relaxing, dining, or just soaking in the scenery.The cabin is clean, cozy, and well-designed, with a great mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. We loved using the kayaks and spending time on the peaceful water. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Slavik and Julia - they were incredibly welcoming, kind, and clearly put a lot of care into the property.It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature.Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to unwind in nature without sacrificing comfort. We’ll definitely be back.

He cottage was very nice but was somewhat smaller than envisioned.
Also, the neighborhood was filled with litter, probably from bears but the neighborhood association should clean it up and the trash service / company should get “ bear proof” cans like the ones we used in CO.

We just got home from a WONDERFUL week at this great, clean and awesome cabin and I’m already packing to come back!! Julia was more than attentive she really went over and beyond for my birthday week. When arriving I was completely surprised and thrilled to see it decorated for my birthday!! Plenty of wildlife that come greet you every morning and evening add to this charming community. Definitely a place to come with pet/kids or just a romantic getaway do not hesitate to stay here!!

The check in process was extremely easy. There was a heat issue with the house whereby the heat was coming on even when it wasn’t calling for it. However the maintenance person came over and solved the issue really quickly.
There is a PS3 with included games.
There is plenty of deck space and two levels of decks. There is no hot tub. The outside fire place is all stone and blows the heat back out at you which was nice.
The place has two Kayaks. Also the deer roam the property like they are property managers. You don’t have to worry about them running wild, the mosey all over the place and it’s neat to be with wildlife so close.
Two other smaller issues: 1) upstairs bathroom has no curtain so when you shower at night, people walking the road can see you. 2) upstairs bedroom has a sheen curtain that is basically see through. There are no window blinds or curtains.
I would recommend this house again even without the small issues being fixed.
